KG Petrochem Ltd Approves Key Director Re-appointments and Corporate Guarantee for Suave Casa Ideas Private Limited​

KG Petrochem Limited, during a Board meeting held on July 30, 2026, approved several significant corporate transactions, including matters related to director appointments, the approval of the company's Board Report, and issuing a corporate guarantee in favor of M/s Suave Casa Ideas Private Limited.

The KG Petrochem Limited will provide a Corporate Guarantee to HDFC Bank Limited amounting to Rs 3,50,00,000/- (Rupees Three Crore Fifty Lakh Only). This guarantee is intended to secure a Bank Guarantee that M/s Suave Casa Ideas Private Limited intends to avail.

The transaction, which was deemed to be at arm's length, will carry a guarantee commission of 0.5% per annum. Currently, the company reports no impact from this guarantee apart from disclosure in its financial statements as a Contingent Liability.
