His professional background includes serving as the Managing Director at State Street from 2022 to 2025, where he managed middle office functions across asset classes in a global 24x5 environment, focusing on driving AI/ML automation and data visualization. He holds an MBA from K.J. Somaiya Institute of Management Studies and Research and an engineering degree from Annamalai University.
Mr. Amit Murarka has been enhanced in his role and designation to Chief Financial Officer - International Business and Head - M&A. Under these enhanced responsibilities, Mr. Murarka will assume oversight of the International Business function, which was previously managed by Mr. Muralidharan Sivaramakrishnan. Furthermore, the Head - Investor Relations responsibilities will transition to Mr. Ram Gattani, Assistant Vice President - Finance & Accounts.
