She previously held the leadership role of Regional Manager (Corporate Communications) in the Northern Zone and worked as a Faculty Member at Zonal Training Centre, Gurugram, and Agra. Prior to her current role, she was serving as Regional Manager (Personnel & Industrial Relations), Central Zone, Bhopal.
Ms. Roselata Kerketta
Ms. Kerketta began her tenure with the Corporation as an Assistant Administrative Officer and holds a graduation degree of Bachelor of Arts (Honours). She has managed numerous portfolios across the Branch, Divisional, and Zonal Offices of LIC. She was pivotal as Regional Manager (New Business & Actuarial) and Regional Manager (Customer Relationship Management/Policy Servicing) in Central Zone, Bhopal. Prior to assuming her new role, she was working as Regional Manager (Personnel & Industrial Relations) in Northern Zone, Delhi.
Ms. Deepa Sivadasan
Ms. Sivadasan also joined the Corporation in 1992 as an Assistant Administrative Officer. She holds a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering and is a Fellow of the Insurance Institute of India, having completed a one year Post Graduate Executive Programme at IIM, Ahmedabad. Her 34-year career spans administrative and marketing roles across Branches, Divisions, and Zonal Offices, including Branch Administration, Policy Servicing, Information Technology, New Business, Finance & Accounts, Customer Relationship Management, and Pension & Group Schemes. She previously served in leadership capacities such as Chief Manager and Senior Divisional Manager in the Thrissur and Trivandrum Divisions, and held the post of Regional Manager (Pension & Group Scheme) in the South Central Zone and South Zone. Before her elevation, she was working as Regional Manager (Pension & Group Schemes), South Zone, Chennai.
Mr. Manoj Kumar Panda
Mr. Panda joined LIC in 1992 as an Assistant Administrative Officer and possesses a graduate degree in Science and a postgraduate degree in Business Administration. Throughout his career spanning over three decades, he has worked in both Administrative and Marketing portfolios across various offices in the Central Zone, Western Zone, Northern Zone, and East Central Zone. His leadership roles included Branch Manager, Senior Branch Manager, Chief Manager, and Marketing Manager in Nagpur and Cuttack Divisions, as well as Senior Divisional Manager in Sambalpur and Jamshedpur Divisions. He also served as Regional Manager (Bancassurance) and Regional Manager (Customer Relationship Management/Policy Servicing) in Northern Zone, Delhi. Previously, he was serving as Regional Manager (Marketing), East Central Zone, Patna.
