Kabra Extrusiontechnik Limited Approves Revision in Proposed Preferential Share Issue​

Kabra Extrusiontechnik Limited announced that its Board of Directors has approved a revision to the proposed preferential issue of equity shares, which is intended to raise capital through cash infusions. The revision increases both the quantity and the aggregate size of the securities to be issued.

The decision follows an earlier proposal made by the company on August 7, 2026. During the Board meeting held on August 10, 2026, the management approved the revised details of the preferential issue, subject to necessary statutory and regulatory approvals and the approval of the Members of the Company.

The revision involves increasing the number of Equity Shares planned for issuance from 32,00,000 (Thirty-Two Lakhs) to 37,60,000 (Thirty-Seven Lakhs Sixty Thousand) fully paid-up shares. These shares carry a face value of ₹5/- each and were set at an issue price of ₹375/- per Equity Share, which includes a premium of ₹370/- per share.

The total aggregate size of the proposed preferential issue has thus been revised from ₹120,00,00,125/- to ₹141,00,00,000/, representing an increase of ₹21,00,00,000/- for cash.

Investor Allotment and Next Steps​

The preferential issue is targeted at persons or entities belonging to the 'Promoter & Promoter Group' and the 'Non-Promoter' Category. The company confirmed that 12 investors are set for the issue.

Garudlaxmi Ventures LLP has been identified as the sole allottee from the Promoter/Promoter Group. The Non-Promotor category includes Saurabh Verma, Nitish Mittersain, Siddharth Kabra, Singularity Large Value Fund III, Utpal Hemendra Sheth, Sthitaprajna Advisors LLP, Kiran Vyapar Limited, Surendra Lakhumal Hiranandani, Chanakya Wealth Creation Fund, Amit Mehta, and Antique Securities Private Limited.

The company further approved the convening of an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) scheduled for September 02, 2026, which will be conducted through Video Conferencing or Audio Visual Medium (VC/OAVM) to seek approval from the Members for this revised Preferential Issue.
