State Bank of India Concludes Issuance of USD 100 Million Senior Unsecured Floating Rate Notes​

State Bank of India (SBI) has concluded the issuance of Senior Unsecured Reg-S, Floating Rate Notes amounting to USD 100 Million. This bond issue serves as a tap on an existing outstanding floating rate note that is due on July 6, 2029 (ISIN XS3433781062).

The notes being tapped have original details of a 3 Year maturity and carry an original coupon pegged at SOFR + 100 basis points per annum. These bonds are structured to be paid quarterly in arrears.

SBI will issue these bonds through its London branch starting on August 14, 2026. The notes are scheduled to be listed on India INX, GIFT City.

SBIN Stock Price Movement​

State Bank of India shares today slipped by 2.39% to settle at ₹1071, closing significantly below the previous close of ₹1097.2. The stock saw a considerable decline during trading, with the intraday low recorded at ₹1068.6 and substantial volume traded across 16.62 million shares.
