Jubilant Foodworks Limited, a Jubilant Bhartia Company, has successfully completed the issuance of Optionally Convertible NonCumulative Preference Shares (OCPS) in its wholly owned subsidiary, Jubilant Sri Lanka.

The share subscription event took place on July 22, 2026. Through this transaction, Jubilant Foodworks acquired 95,271,430 OCPS of the subsidiary. The total aggregate consideration for these shares amounted to LKR 666,900,010.

This investment solidifies Jubilant Foodworks Limited's stake in its wholly owned entity, reinforcing corporate structure within the company’s operations.
