Innovision Limited, an integrated infrastructure and services platform, has been awarded a Letter of Award (LoA) by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI). The contract mandates the company to operate as the user fee collection agency at the Biratiya Kalan Fee Plaza. This plaza is located on the Bar-Bilara-Jodhpur section of NH-112 in Rajasthan, forming part of NHDP Phase-IV.

The mandate was awarded on July 21, 2026, following a competitive e-tender process conducted on an EPC mode basis.

Contract and Operational Scope​

The engagement focuses not only on toll collection but also encompasses the upkeep and maintenance of adjacent toilet blocks, which includes the recouping of consumable items. The contract has been secured for a term of one year.

Randeep Hundal, Chairman & Managing Director of Innovision Limited, commented on the significance of the mandate, stating that it expands the company's toll management operations in Rajasthan. He emphasized that the win reaffirms the focus on the toll management business and strengthens the company's standing for future competitive bidding opportunities.

The MD further elaborated that Innovision’s toll management vertical thrives through the steady accumulation of individual plaza engagements rather than reliance on any single award. The underlying operational model remains asset-light, with working capital being identified as the primary requirement, which facilitates portfolio expansion without a commensurate rise in capital intensity.

Mr. Hundal also clarified that the commercial consideration of ₹ 97,52,79,635 reflects the gross value of the engagement under the toll collection framework. He noted that collections are remitted to NHAI, and the Company retains an agreed spread. This figure should not be interpreted as an expected direct or proportionate addition to net revenue; rather, the aggregate contribution across the expanding plaza portfolio is the more meaningful measure of performance in this vertical.
