The bank confirmed that Shri Ashutosh Choudhury, Executive Director, is not related to any of the other Directors of the Bank.
Furthermore, Indian Bank stated that Shri Ashutosh Choudhury, Executive Director, is not currently debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other such authority.
