IDFC First Bank Limited successfully priced its benchmark US$350 Million 5 year Senior Notes on August 24, 2026. The issuance was executed through the Bank's IFSC Banking Unit.

The pricing of these notes follows the Bank's previous international bond issuance, which was a maiden US$ 500 million benchmark-sized 3-year bond. This prior issuance was priced on August 18, 2026, and subsequently was upsized by US$ 100 million to US$ 600 million on August 19, 2026.
