ICICI Bank Limited Issues USD 750 Million Senior Unsecured Fixed Rate Notes​

ICICI Bank Limited, acting through its IFSC Banking Unit, has issued USD 750 million in Senior Unsecured Fixed Rate Notes. This issuance is part of the bank’s larger USD 7.5 billion Global Medium Term Note Programme. The notes were priced at USD 1:39 a.m. IST.

The debt instruments are designated as USD denominated Senior Unsecured Fixed Rate Notes and constitute a Category 2, 144A/RegS Registered drawdown under the bank’s global programme. The proceeds generated from the issue of these notes will be allocated to the Issuer for general corporate purposes in line with relevant regulatory guidelines.
