ICICI Bank Limited, through its IFSC Banking Unit, has priced a tranche of Senior Unsecured Fixed Rate Notes amounting to USD 300 million. This issuance forms part of the Bank's larger USD 7.5 billion Global Medium Term Note Programme.

The pricing of these notes was completed on August 6, 2026, at 5:45 p.m. The proceeds from the issue of the Notes are designated for the Issuer's general corporate purposes, in line with relevant regulatory guidelines.
