ICICI Bank Completes USD 300 Million Senior Unsecured Fixed Rate Notes Issuance​

ICICI Bank Limited has completed the issuance of USD 300 million in Senior Unsecured Fixed Rate Notes as part of its larger USD 7.5 billion Global Medium Term Note Programme.

The Notes issued by the bank have been assigned ratings by major credit rating agencies. S&P Global Ratings granted a BBB rating, while Moody's Ratings provided a Baa3 rating for the notes.

These financial instruments are set to be listed on two specialized market venues. The notes will be traded on the Global Securities Market of the India International Exchange IFSC Limited and the Debt Securities Market of the NSE IFSC Limited.

ICICIBANK Stock Price Movement​

Shares of ICICI Bank Limited slipped on Thursday, shedding 1.74% to settle at ₹1406.8 after trading dipped by ₹24.90 from the previous close. The stock was tested within an intraday range spanning from a low of ₹1406.4 to a high of ₹1429 amid a volume of 11.4 million shares traded.
