H.G. Infra Engineering Limited has completed the transfer of its remaining 51% stake held in H.G. Khammam Devarapalle PKG-1 Private Limited. The stakeholder who acquired the shares is Neo Infra Income Opportunities Fund.

Following this transaction, H.G. Infra Engineering Limited no longer holds control over H.G. Khammam Devarapalle PKG-1 Private Limited, and the entity ceases to be a subsidiary of the company.
