HDFC Bank Board Meeting Scheduled to Approve Q1 Financial Results; Employee Trading Window Closed​

HDFC Bank Ltd has announced details regarding its upcoming Board of Directors meeting, which is set to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. The Bank also confirmed the trading closure period for designated employees concerning the company's securities.

The Board of Directors meeting is scheduled for Saturday, July 18, 2026. During this session, the Bank will review and approve both the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results pertaining to the quarter ending June 30, 2026.

In addition to the board meeting announcement, HDFC Bank confirmed that the trading window for securities of the Bank remains closed for designated employees and their immediate relatives. This restricted period runs from Wednesday, June 24, 2026, until Monday, July 20, 2026, inclusive.
