This development relates to Mr. Karthik's existing roles within the company. He has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of Religare Finvest Limited since May 05, 2026.
The RBI approval enables Mr. Srinivasan Karthik’s appointment as Managing Director of RFL to become effective from June 23, 2026. This designation is subject to the subsequent approval by the shareholders of RFL, in addition to his existing role as CEO.
