HandsOn Global Management to Hold 38th AGM via Video Conferencing on September 18
HandsOn Global Management (HGM) Limited has announced the convening of its 38th Annual General Meeting (AGM). The meeting is scheduled for Friday, September 18, 2026.The Board of Directors approved the organization of the AGM during a resolution passed on July 28, 2026.
The company confirmed that the AGM will be conducted via Video Conferencing (VC) or through Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). The meeting is set for 10:30 A.M. IST.
In addition to the AGM notice, the Annual Report for the Financial Year 2025-26 has been prepared. HGM will dispatch the required notices and the annual report to its members in due course.
