Gokul Agro Resources Ltd has finalized a key directorial appointment following changes in plans for its Foreign Unlisted Material Step Down Subsidiary, Riya International PTE Ltd. The company confirmed that Mr. Manharbhai Kurjibhai Jadav has been appointed as a director on the board of Riya International PTE Ltd.The appointment follows an earlier proposal wherein Dr. Pritha Dev, who is an Independent Director of Gokul Agro Resources Ltd., was slated to serve as a director for Riya International PTE Ltd. However, due to technical reasons, this proposed appointment could not proceed.
In response to this development, the Board of Directors of Gokul Agro Resources Ltd approved Mr. Manharbhai Kurjibhai Jadav (DIN: 01193143) as a Director in place of the initially proposed director on the board of Riya International PTE Ltd.
Subsequently, the Board of Directors of Riya International PTE Ltd held a meeting on June 29, 2026, and formally approved the appointment of Mr. Manharbhai Kurjibhai Jadav (DIN: 01193143) as Director of Riya International PTE Ltd., effective from that date.
