Park Medi World Limited, through its wholly owned subsidiary Umkal Health Care Private Limited, has confirmed a significant expansion plan for its existing Palam Vihar hospital in Gurugram. The facility, which is currently operated by the company, will be expanded by adding 100 new beds, bringing its total capacity to 325 beds and rebranding it as Park Hospital Platinum.

The move underscores the group's commitment to strengthening healthcare infrastructure in North India. The newly expanded unit is scheduled to commence operations in November 2026.

Operational Details of Expansion​

Umkal Health Care Private Limited currently operates a 225-bed park hospital in Palam Vihar, Gurugram. In the financial year ended March 31, 2026, this facility reported an occupancy rate of approximately 86% and generated a revenue of approximately INR 245 crores.

The expansion is strategically focused on bolstering super-specialty capabilities, enabling the hospital to deliver comprehensive tertiary care across complex medical conditions. The investment required for these additional beds is estimated at approximately INR 25 crores, which will be funded through internal accruals by Umkal Health Care Private Limited.

Upon completion of this addition, the consolidated bed capacity for Park Group in Gurugram is expected to rise to 750 beds.
