
GE Shipping Delivers Very Large Gas Carrier ‘Jag Vishnu’
The Great Eastern Shipping Company Limited (GE Shipping) has delivered its 2002 built Very Large Gas Carrier ‘Jag Vishnu’ to the buyers. The vessel was contracted for sale in Q3 FY26.Following this transaction, GE Shipping's owned fleet consists of 40 vessels, comprising 26 tankers and 14 dry bulk carriers, totaling 3.20 million dwt. The tanker segment includes 5 crude tankers, 17 product tankers, and 4 LPG carriers. The dry bulk carrier segment includes 2 Capesize, 9 Kamsarmax, 1 Ultramax, and 2 Supramax vessels.
GE Shipping has contracted to purchase one secondhand Kamsarmax Dry Bulk Carrier, with the transaction expected to be finalized by Q1 FY27.
