Gabriel India Limited has finalized a significant share allotment resulting from a corporate demerger undertaken as part of a Composite Scheme of Arrangement. The company, which is emerging from this scheme involving Asia Investments Private Limited and its restructuring activities, completed the issuance of new equity shares on June 09, 2026.In connection with the demerger of an undertaking into Gabriel India Limited under the approved Scheme, the Company allotted 3,35,86,081 fully paid-up equity shares. These shares were issued to the equity shareholders of Asia Investments Private Limited in proportion to their respective shareholding in the company. Each newly allotted share has a face value of Re. 1/-.
The successful completion of this allotment increased the paid-up equity share capital of Gabriel India Limited. The capital now stands at Rs. 17,72,30,023/-, which is represented by a total of 17,72,30,023 fully paid-up equity shares, each with a face value of Re. 1/-.
This equity, so allotted during the demerger process, ranks pari-passu with the existing equity shares and is slated for listing and trading on relevant stock exchanges.
