Excel Industries Limited has successfully completed its dedicated setup intended for contract manufacturing and supply of specialty chemicals. The project was finalized on July 23, 2026.The completion comes as an update to a previous commitment regarding a binding term sheet signed with an Indian Specialty Chemicals Company. This venture involves the specialized production and supply of chemicals through contract manufacturing.
Excel Industries had previously detailed plans for this expansion, including establishing the necessary infrastructure to cater to the contracted supplies. The project, which was announced in relation to the term sheet agreement, involved significant investment and is now operational.
The factory setup is poised to generate an expected annual income (net of raw material cost) estimated between Rs 35 Cr and Rs 40 Cr. The initial capital expenditure planned for this dedicated facility was estimated at approximately Rs 40 Cr.
