Endurance Technologies Reports Q1 FY26-27 Results; Income Rises While Margins Face Pressure

Endurance Technologies Limited has announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The company reported a significant rise in consolidated total income, although operating margins faced pressure due to rising commodity and raw material costs.

The Board of Directors approved the Q1 FY26-27 performance highlights, which showed sustained growth despite challenges in supply chain stability and input prices.

Consolidated Financial Highlights

Endurance Technologies’ consolidated results demonstrated strong revenue growth. Total income rose by 29.6% year-over-year. The company noted that 73.7% of the consolidated total income came from Indian operations, with the remainder originating from European operations.

The financial performance metrics for the quarter are detailed in the table below:

Standalone Performance and Market Dynamics

On a standalone basis, Total Income for the quarter grew by 35.9%, increasing from INR 2,351 crore in Q1 FY25-26 to INR 3,194 crore in Q1 FY26-27. PAT stood at INR 195 crore, marking a 17.4% increase compared to the prior year's consolidated earnings of INR 166 crore.

The standalone entity’s EBITDA margin stood at 11.2%, down from 13.0% in Q1 FY25-26. This decline was attributed by the company to lower margins within the standalone business, resulting from higher commodity and raw material prices despite the pass through of major elements.

A specific operational highlight noted was that aftermarket sales from Indian operations rose by 11.1%, reaching INR 125 crore compared to INR 112 crore in the corresponding quarter of last year.

Management Perspective and Future Outlook

Anurang Jain, Managing Director of the Company, commented on the results, noting that Q1 FY'27 was one of the most challenging quarters due to raw material shortages and a large increase in energy costs.

Mr. Jain highlighted the resilience of the Indian automotive market, citing two-wheeler volumes growing 23.6% year-over-year (YOY) and passenger vehicle volumes growing 23.0% YOY. The standalone income growth of 35.9% reflects this market expansion, coupled with cost pass through and ramp up of sales against new orders.

Regarding the European operations, Mr. Jain stated that new car registrations improved across countries in Europe by 7.4% YOY. However, a significant portion of this growth was noted to come from Chinese OEMs which the company currently does not serve. The company's revenue in the European region grew by 1%, largely aligning with the production trends of its customer base of marquee European OEMs.

The continuing strength in demand for new vehicles has spurred announced capacity expansions among major Indian two-wheeler and four-wheeler OEMs. These expansions, coupled with Endurance’s existing capabilities, are viewed as providing a strong runway for profitable growth.

ENDURANCE Stock Price Movement

Shares of Endurance Technologies Limited slipped by 1.15% today, closing at ₹2975.30 after a challenging session. The stock traded within an intraday range of ₹2950 and ₹3043 amid a volume of 143,773 shares.
