Sigma Advanced Systems has secured a substantial new long-term contract with Rolls-Royce through its recently acquired UK subsidiary, Bromford Precision Solutions. This deal demonstrates the immediate strategic value of the acquisition and significantly expands the Group's long-term relationship with one of the world's leading aerospace original equipment manufacturers (OEMs).

Valued at nearly £125 million, the agreement builds upon the existing Rolls-Royce long-term contract, which was valued at approximately £300 million. The combined agreements broaden the Group's product offerings, manufacturing capabilities, and content across critical aerospace programs, substantially strengthening Sigma's position within the Rolls-Royce UK supply chain while increasing long-term revenue visibility.

The acquisition of Bromford adds highly complementary manufacturing expertise in aero engine rings and casings, along with advanced precision manufacturing capabilities. Under the terms of the new agreement, Bromford will manufacture aeroengine rings, casings, lock plates, and other critical engine structures across both Sigma's India and UK manufacturing facilities. This integrated approach establishes a comprehensive dual-source solution as directed by Rolls-Royce.

This contract highlights the successful strategic rationale behind Sigma's acquisition of Bromford. By introducing complementary products and specialist manufacturing expertise, Bromford immediately expands Sigma's addressable market with existing customers. This move accelerates the Group's progression toward higher-value, program-level aerospace partnerships. With Nasmyth and Bromford operating as complementary businesses within Sigma's UK aerospace platform, the Group continues to execute its strategy of building scale through targeted acquisitions.
