Hyderabad, July 14, 2026: Sigma Advanced Systems Limited, a leading Indian aerospace precision engineering company, has acquired 100% of the equity share capital of Bromford Precision Solutions Limited. The deal brings a specialized UK-based manufacturing capability to Sigma’s global platform and is set at approximately GBP 11.89 million (equivalent to INR 153 crore).The transaction, which represents an enterprise value to adjusted EBITDA multiple of approximately 4.6x based on the CY2026 estimate, is anticipated to be finalized by the end of July 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
Creating a Global Precision Manufacturing Platform
This acquisition marks a significant advancement in Sigma’s international growth strategy. By integrating Bromford, Sigma strengthens its position within the Rolls-Royce supply chain and complements its existing UK division, Nasmyth Group. The combination enhances the combined platform’s product offering for global aerospace and power generation customers by providing expertise in manufacturing larger components alongside smaller parts.Bromford Precision Solutions Limited, founded in 1988 and based in Leicestershire, is a specialist manufacturer of high-precision aeroengine rings and other complex precision machined aeroengine structures. These include compressor casings, ducts, brackets, and lock plates. Bromford operates as an operationally profitable business, driven by demand from key customers.

- India Manufacturing: Transitioning select component manufacturing back to India, following the existing Sigma model, to drive cost optimization and competitiveness.
- Revenue Growth: Achieving growth by expanding long-term agreements and deepening penetration with major Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).
