Deepak Builders & Engineers India Limited has announced the details of a sub-division or split of its equity shares, establishing a record date for shareholders regarding the transformation of its existing stock.

The company confirmed that the split involves converting its currently issued shares into new equity stakes. Previously, the shares had a face value of Rs. 10 per share and were fully paid up. Under the split, these shares will be converted into ten equity shares, each carrying a face value of Rs. 1 and being fully paid up.

The decision to divide the equity shares was formalized after members of the company approved the proposal via Postal Ballot on June 2, 2026. Deepak Builders & Engineers India Limited set Friday, June 19, 2026, as the official Record Date for determining the entitlement of equity shareholders related to this share split.
