Dabur India Limited: Delhi High Court Re-notifies Matter Pertaining to FSSAI Food Product Prohibition​

Dabur India Limited has received an update from the Delhi High Court regarding a matter concerning an FSSAI prohibitory order related to its food products.

The company had previously received an order from FSSAI on August 03, 2026, which prohibited the use of '100%' in several of Dabur's food products and restricted the sale of such items. The company had secured a stay from the Hon'ble Delhi High Court on August 07, 2026, against the said prohibitory order.

The Delhi High Court held a hearing on August 24, 2026, and re-notified the matter. According to the court update, the next date of hearing has been listed for December 16, 2026.

Until the next hearing date, the stay previously granted by the Hon'ble Delhi High Court remains in full force. The court has stated that any material updates concerning this matter will be conveyed in due course of time.

Shares of Dabur India Limited slipped by 0.85% in post-market trading, settling today at ₹395.05. The decline saw the stock trade near its 52-week lows, with over 3.32 million shares transacted during the session.
