The company had secured a stay from the Hon'ble Delhi High Court on August 07, 2026, against the said prohibitory order.
The Delhi High Court held a hearing on August 24, 2026, and re-notified the matter. According to the court update, the next date of hearing has been listed for December 16, 2026.
Until the next hearing date, the stay previously granted by the Hon'ble Delhi High Court remains in full force. The court has stated that any material updates concerning this matter will be conveyed in due course of time.
