Cyber Media (India) Limited announced that it received approval from the BSE Limited for the forfeiture of a significant number of its partly paid-up equity shares.

The company confirmed that it was granted approval via a letter dated May 22, 2026, from BSE Limited. This action pertains to 1,71,329 equity shares.

The forfeiture was initiated because the respective holders failed to pay the balance call money. This non-payment followed the issuance of a Reminder-cum-Forfeiture notice by the Company on March 05, 2026.

The forfeited shares were partly paid-up with a face value of Rs. 10/- each. The forfeiture details were also circulated to trading members of the Exchange, citing the specific scrip code 532640.
