His professional background is marked by strong academic credentials, including a Chartered Accountant qualification obtained in 1994, a B. Com from Nagpur University (1990), and a Diploma in IFRS from ACCA, UK.
Mr. Barsagade has previously held key senior leadership roles, serving as Chief Financial Officer across several prominent organizations. His past roles include at Utkarsh Small Finance Bank, FINO Payments Bank, Paytm Payments Bank, and also serving as Group CFO at Lendingkart.
The bank, which was previously known as Equitas Finance Limited, continues to strengthen its management team with this key appointment.
