Mr. Jadeja currently serves as a Non-Executive Independent Director at Golden Sparrow Consultancy and Sunrise Middle East Turn Tech Limited, providing high level investment advisory in his current roles.

Regarding governance requirements, it was confirmed that Mr. Devabhai Hamirbhai Jadeja is not related to any of the existing Directors of Curis Lifesciences Limited.
