His appointment is subject to rotation and was effective from September 30, 2024.
The nomination of Mr. Kumar was made following the recommendation of both the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Board of Directors.
Further, the members at the AGM granted approval allowing the Board to appoint Mr. Anup Kumar as chairperson in addition to his director role.
