He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Master of Commerce in ABST from the University of Rajasthan, and he has cleared the Final Examination of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). Additionally, Mr. Dadhich is a Sangeet Visharad from Pracheen Kala Kendra, Chandigarh.

His professional journey includes serving as Head - Finance & HR at Varshit CSC Engineers from 2011 to 2015, where he managed financial planning, statutory compliance, and workforce management. He joined Current Infraprojects Limited in 2015 as Head of Finance and Human Resources before being elevated to the position of Chief Executive Officer.
