Century Enka Acquires Additional Equity Shares of ABRELCEL in a Rights Issue​

Century Enka Limited has acquired 3,700,000 equity shares of ABREL Century Energy Limited (ABRELCEL), a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV), through a right issue. The acquisition was completed on July 23, 2026, after the shares were credited to the company's Demat Account by ABRELCEL.
