C2C Advanced Systems Limited Receives Order for WECDIS Systems from Hindustan Shipyard Limited

C2C Advanced Systems Limited announced on March 25, 2026, that it has received an order from Hindustan Shipyard Limited (HSL) for the supply of Warship Electronic Chart Display and Information Systems (WECDIS) for Fleet Support Ships being constructed for the Indian Navy.

The Fleet Support Ship programme is a logistics-focused initiative of the Indian Navy intended to enhance the operational endurance of naval task forces. These vessels provide support through replenishment of fuel, supply of food, water, and spares, and onboard maintenance support.

WECDIS is a military-grade navigation and situational awareness system adapted from commercial Electronic Chart Display and Information Systems (ECDIS) to meet defence requirements. The system supports real-time ship positioning, route planning, dynamic re-routing, integration of multiple onboard systems, and generates a Common Operational Picture.

C2C Advanced Systems Limited was previously nominated as a vendor for WECDIS systems by the Indian Navy following successful installation and trials. This nomination allows the company to participate in both new shipbuilding programs and retrofit opportunities across the existing fleet. The current order represents deployment of the company's systems on new-build platforms.

Based on current program requirements, the company estimates an indicative opportunity of approximately ₹160-180 crore over 3 years.
