C2C Advanced Systems Reports on Diversified Growth in Defence, Industry, and International Markets

C2C Advanced Systems Limited, an Indian technology company, reported on its operations for the Financial Year 2025-26, highlighting significant execution across its core verticals: Defence Systems, Security, Critical Infrastructure, and Industry Transformation. The company's technology strategy emphasizes a software-first, IP-driven architecture, which forms the foundation of its proprietary MAGI platform family.

Defence and Security Sector Milestones

Defence remains C2C’s core vertical, with the company advancing its presence across naval, counter-drone, and general defence electronics in both domestic and international markets.

Indian Navy Integration: A key milestone achieved in August 2025 was the company’s formal inclusion in the Indian Navy’s Approved Vendor List for the Warship Electronic Chart Display and Information System (WECDIS). This inclusion followed a rigorous 18-month qualification process across two operational naval platforms, establishing a durable entry point into a high-value, long-cycle procurement program.

International Defence Contracts:
  • Canada: In July 2025, C2C secured a contract valued at INR 41.7 crore from a Canadian defence company for the licensing and deployment of its Decision Support System (DSS) on a naval frigate. This was the company's first deployment in the Canadian and broader Western defence market.
  • Royal Malaysian Navy (RMN): The company received a Purchase Order in March 2026 for the integration and upgradation of the Combat Management System on the frigate KD Jebat using the TERMA radar. This program is expected to continue through FY 2027-28. Earlier in May 2025, C2C also completed integration and testing of an FCEO and a Decoy System on RMN platforms, followed by the delivery of a System Interface Box and a subsequent maintenance and retainership contract.
  • Counter-Drone Systems: In March 2026, C2C received an order from a leading Indian defence and aerospace company for the design and supply of 29 Mission Computing Systems for Counter-Drone applications.

Industry Transformation and Infrastructure

The Industry Transformation vertical saw commercial traction through Proof-of-Concept (PoC) completions that led to formal purchase orders.

Mohan Meakin Limited: Following a successful PoC on one production line at Mohan Meakin Breweries in Q1-Q2 FY 2025-26, the company formalized its engagement with a Letter of Intent and initial Purchase Orders in March 2026. This program aims to develop an integrated Command and Control Platform and Industrial Digitalisation Architecture across its facilities, spanning approximately 160 production lines and slated for phased implementation between 2026 and 2027.

UAE and Critical Infrastructure: In May 2025, C2C disclosed three orders from UAE-based clients for smart housing and cyber-secured infrastructure solutions:
  • NV-ITech Security Systems: INR 40.61 Cr (Smart housing solutions with integrated cybersecurity layer).
  • Nimsmarts Technical Services: INR 10.08 Cr (Smart housing solutions with cybersecurity integration).
  • Solutions FZC: INR 4.88 Cr (District cooling efficiency monitoring with cyber protection layer).

The company also announced a strategic collaboration in March 2026 with Smart Tech ICT Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia, following a successful PoC at Kuala Lumpur Airport. This partnership involves deploying Smart Infrastructure 4.0 solutions for critical infrastructure monitoring, including underground network surveillance and automated alert systems.

Technology Advancement and Capability Stack

The company is expanding its technological depth through its dedicated C2C Innovation and Research Center (CIRC), established in March 2026. CIRC will focus on key domains, including:

  • Cybersecurity and Cyber-defence: Operational Technology (OT) and critical infrastructure protection.
  • Advanced Systems: FPGA and embedded systems design for mission-critical applications.
  • AI and Analytics: Predictive maintenance, resource allocation, and pattern recognition.
  • Autonomous Systems: Robotics and autonomous platforms across air, water, and land.

The capability stack supports the full spectrum of modern warfare, from MAGI-C5ISR (an overarching C5ISR architecture with 6 million lines of indigenous code) to MAGI-AI (an AI-driven decision support layer) and MAGI-DI (a platform supporting IIoT for Industry 4.0).

The company is also developing capabilities for the space domain, including Methera-ISR and ground station infrastructure, recognizing the space domain as the fifth operational dimension in defence.

International Expansion and Strategic Partnerships

FY 2025-26 saw the formalization of two major international partnerships:

  • Barnacle Systems ULC (Canada): Through an agreement in July 2025, C2C secured exclusive rights for the Indian market and marketing access across Southeast Asia and the Middle East for Barnacle’s maritime IoT security and surveillance platforms.
  • ACUA Ocean Limited (United Kingdom): An exclusivity agreement signed in March 2026 appointed C2C as the exclusive representative for ACUA's Unmanned Surface Vessels (USVs) in India, marking an effort to enhance Maritime Domain Awareness capabilities.

Geographically, C2C expanded its engagement in additional regions, including the Philippines and Eastern European NATO member states, where system integration and legacy platform modernizations present growth opportunities.

Market Outlook and Growth Drivers

Management noted that the operating environment for technology and defence companies in India is improving, supported by policy shifts towards private sector participation and progressive indigenization mandates.

For FY 2026-27, the company anticipates substantially improved visibility due to:
1. Conversion of active Army and naval programme discussions into confirmed orders.
2. Progression of the Mohan Meakin Industry 4.0 program.
3. Expansion of the counter-drone Mission Computing Systems program into follow-on phases.
4. Realization of revenue from the newly formed ACUA Ocean and Barnacle Systems partnerships.

C2C Stock Price Movement

Today, C2C Advanced Systems Limited shares slipped by 2.60% to close at ₹424.5. The equity experienced a total traded volume of 84,000 shares throughout the session.
