Bengaluru, August 13, 2026: Brigade Group announced a strong performance for the first quarter of Fiscal Year 2027 (Q1 FY27), achieving revenue of ₹ 1,179 Crores. The company reported a significant increase in Profit Before Tax (PBT) by 47% to ₹ 285 Crores. In addition to these results, real estate sales reached ₹ 1,061 Crores, and the average realization stood at ₹ 14,256/sft, marking a 21% increase compared to Q1 FY26.

The results demonstrate resilience across Brigade Group's various business segments, including real estate, leasing, and hospitality.

Segment Performance Highlights​

The Real Estate segment generated a revenue of ₹ 707 Crores and contributed an EBITDA of ₹ 150 Crores, which is up 45% compared to Q1 FY26.

In the Leasing segment, revenue stood at ₹ 328 crores, a rise from ₹ 300 crores in the prior year quarter, representing a 9% Year-on-Year (YoY) growth. The growing demand for prime properties was evident as mall footfalls increased by 11% Y-o-Y, while retailer sales grew by 35% Y-o-Y, bolstered by global brands across fashion, lifestyle, dining, and family retail categories. During the quarter, Brigade launched approximately 4 Million square feet of commercial projects in Bengaluru and Hyderabad.

The Hospitality segment showed stable growth despite ongoing global challenges, reporting a revenue of ₹ 144 Crores. The segment maintained an occupancy rate of 76% with an Average Room Rate (ARR) of ₹ 7,241.

Management Outlook and Future Pipeline​

Pavitra Shankar, Managing Director of Brigade Group, commented on the results, stating that the 21% growth in realizations underscores the preference for thoughtfully designed projects within well-connected micro-markets.

Looking ahead, Pavitra Shankar highlighted a robust future pipeline, with nearly 12 million square feet of launches planned. The company also noted its strategic partnership with Bain Capital for a landmark mixed-use development located in Whitefield. She added that annuity businesses across leasing, retail, and hospitality remained resilient. Brigade Group remains committed to creating integrated destinations—combining homes, workplaces, hospitality, and retail—as India's urban transformation accelerates.

BRIGADE Stock Price Movement​

Brigade Enterprises Limited shares slipped by 0.65% on Thursday, settling at ₹589.65 after closing slightly below the previous day's price of ₹592.95. The stock saw a total traded volume of 184,828 shares during the session.
