Bengaluru, August 13, 2026: Brigade Group announced a robust performance for the first quarter of fiscal year 2027 (Q1 FY27). The company reported revenue of ₹1,179 crores, achieving an EBITDA of ₹425 crores. Profit Before Tax (PBT) saw a significant increase of 47%, reaching ₹285 crores compared to the same period last year.

The average realization for the group stood at ₹14,256 per sq ft, marking a 21% improvement over Q1 FY26.

Segmental Performance Highlights​

The company's performance across its core business segments demonstrated varied strength and resilience during the quarter.

In the Real Estate segment, revenue clocked in at ₹707 crores. This segment achieved an EBITDA of 21%, amounting to ₹150 crores, representing a 45% increase over Q1 FY26.

The Leasing segment reported revenue of ₹328 crores, up from ₹300 crores in the previous year's Q1, indicating a 9% year-over-year growth. Growth factors in this area included premium brand mix, events, brand activations, and customer experience, which contributed to an 11% year-on-year rise in mall footfalls. Retailer sales experienced a 35% YoY growth, driven primarily by global brands across fashion, lifestyle, dining, and family retail. During the quarter, Brigade launched approximately 4 million sq ft of commercial projects in Bengaluru and Hyderabad.

The Hospitality segment displayed steady growth despite ongoing global challenges. The revenue for this segment was ₹144 crores, with portfolio occupancy measured at 76% and an Average Room Rate (ARR) reaching ₹7,241.

Management Viewpoint​

Pavitra Shankar, Managing Director of Brigade Group, commented on the results, stating that the 21% growth in realizations highlights a growing preference among customers for thoughtfully designed projects located in well-connected micro-markets.

Looking ahead, Pavitra Shankar mentioned that the company has planned nearly 12 million square feet of future launches and is strategically partnering with Bain Capital for a landmark mixed-use development project in Whitefield. He added that the annuity businesses spanning leasing, retail, and hospitality segments remain resilient.

He concluded by emphasizing the group's commitment to creating integrated destinations—bringing together homes, workplaces, hospitality, and retail—to drive sustainable value as India's urban transformation accelerates.
