Bengaluru: BlueStone Jewellery and Lifestyle Limited, a leading digital first direct to consumer jewellery brand, announced its Q1 FY27 financial results, reporting significant revenue growth driven by strong demand and operational efficiency. The company posted revenue of INR 7,368.46 million in the consolidated segment for the quarter.
The company delivered a 49.6% year on year (YoY) growth in net revenue for the consolidated results. In the standalone results, revenue stood at INR 7,331.94 million, marking a 48.8% YoY increase. A key highlight was the strong Same Store Sales Growth (SSSG), which registered 39% YoY for the quarter.
The operating performance showed notable improvement in profitability. Consolidated Pre IndAS EBITDA reached INR 1,068 million, translating to an EBITDA margin of 14.5%. In standalone terms, Pre-IndAS EBITDA was INR 548 million, corresponding to a 7.5% margin, reflecting a considerable turnaround from the previous year.

The company is expanding its physical presence across India, having added 12 new stores in the current quarter. Total store count now stands at 352, and city coverage increased to 139, with all five new cities being located in Tier 2 and Tier 3 regions.
Commenting on the results, Gaurav Singh Kushwaha, CEO of BlueStone, noted that the strong performance came despite the increase in customs duty on gold from 6% to 15%. He stated that older store cohorts continued to post SSSG in line with or ahead of the overall portfolio, reflecting the brand's relevance across various price points and design innovation.
The CEO also highlighted the commitment to scaling distribution, noting that the addition of new stores was focused on Tier 2 and Tier 3 markets, indicating a focus on expanding consumer wallet share and reaching new consumers.
In terms of profitability progression, management stated that the pre-IndAS EBITDA growth at close to three times the rate of revenue indicated strong operating leverage. Furthermore, adjusted PAT for the quarter stood at INR 138 million in the standalone results, representing a meaningful turnaround from a loss of INR 213 million recorded in Q1 FY26.
The company maintains its focus on execution and market relevance, affirming that its omnichannel model allows it to tap into these growing Tier 2 and Tier 3 markets effectively.
