Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited Announces Changes in Senior Management​

Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) has announced changes within its senior management team, effective August 1, 2026, following the superannuation of two key executives.

The company confirmed that Shri U. S. N. Bhat, Executive Director (IS), and Shri Kani Amudhan N, Chief Procurement Officer (CPO Mktg.), have retired from their services with BPCL as of July 31, 2026.

In line with the organizational changes, Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited has appointed Shri Amit Kumar as the new Chief Procurement Officer (CPO Mktg.) effective August 1, 2026.

Shri Amit Kumar brings a background in Retail and CPO (Mktg.). He holds a B.E. in Electrical Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra.

BPCL Stock Price Movement​

On Friday, shares of Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited edged higher to close at ₹320.20, gaining 1.39% off the previous day's close. The stock saw active trading in that session, moving on a volume of 5.11 million shares.
