The Company’s standalone revenue for Q1 FY27 stood at approximately 799 crores, marking an 8% decrease compared to the corresponding quarter of previous year (FY26). However, profitability showed marked improvement. Profit Before Tax (PBT) increased by 145%, reaching approximately 31 crores, while Profit After Tax (PAT) registered at around 23 crores.

The segment generated turnover of approximately 104 crores compared to 92 crores in Q1 FY26, achieving an EBIT of approximately 1.68 crores after registering negative EBIT of approximately 9.5 crores in the previous year.

The company successfully managed cost pressures through proactive initiatives including product mix optimization and price increases.

Operational Insights and Strategy

During Q1 FY27, the B2B segment continued to maintain profitability in value terms despite the significant volume decline. Operational performance within the B2B segment included:

  • Mattress and Foam Business: Grew by 49%.
  • Ready Furniture business: Showed a growth of 20%.
  • Plastic Furniture business: Registered a degrowth of 13%.
  • Material Handling Business: Faced a degrowth of 16%.

Consolidated Financial Results

On consolidation, the Net Sales for Q1 FY27 stood at approximately 820 crores, down from approximately 883 crores in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. PAT for the consolidated entity was reported at approximately 24 crores, up from 15 crores in the previous quarter.
