Varun Beverages Limited has successfully concluded a strategic acquisition through its Kenyan subsidiary, VBL Industries (Kenya) Limited. The company completed the purchase of valuable assets from Devyani Food Industries (Kenya) Limited (DFIL Kenya), formalizing the transaction on August 1, 2026.VBL Industries (Kenya) Limited is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Varun Beverages Limited. The acquisition targets included value-added dairy beverages, juices, and packaged drinking water assets belonging to DFIL Kenya.
The deal was finalized for a consideration of USD 32 Million. This completion aligns with the original plan set out in a prior announcement made on July 6, 2026.
The successful acquisition makes the relevant operations effective as of August 1, 2026.
