B.R.Goyal Infrastructure Secures Rs 81.74 Crore Contract for CyberCity Project Civil and Structural Work​

B.R.Goyal Infrastructure Limited has secured a major contract worth Rs 81,74,64,255.00 for the civil and structural work of the proposed CyberCity Project in Indore. The company received the Letter of Award (LOA) from M/s Sneh Developers, a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) of Micro Mitti Group.

The contract covers the Building and External Development for the CyberCity Project located at Plot No. 5, Scheme No. 166, Medical Hub, Behind Infosys Campus, Super Corridor, Indore. The work is designated as a Fixed Item Rate Contract on an M+L basis.

B.R.Goyal Infrastructure Limited will undertake the civil and structural construction for approximately 6,28,420 Sq. ft. at the site. The commencement date for the project has been set for August 3, 2026.
