B.R.Goyal Infrastructure Reports Termination of Sub-Contract Agreement for Mayiladuthurai Sewerage Project
B.R.Goyal Infrastructure Limited has announced the termination of the sub-contract agreement concerning the Construction and Operation & Maintenance of an Underground Sewerage System in Mayiladuthurai Municipality. The termination, effective from 25 July 2026, was carried out with mutual consent between B.R.Goyal Infrastructure Limited and Kevadiya Construction Limited (KCL).The original agreement involved the construction and operation and maintenance of the 5-year underground sewerage system project destined for left out areas within Mayiladuthurai Municipality.
According to disclosures made by the company, the sub-contract agreement, which was executed between KCL and B.R.Goyal Infrastructure Limited, has been mutually terminated. The decision to terminate the contract stems from operational and commercial reasons identified during the project execution.
Following the termination of the sub-contract, Kevadiya Construction Limited (KCL) will take full responsibility for the further execution of the Project by handling direct dealings with the Employer.
