
Amber Group Launches Two Advanced Manufacturing Facilities at YIEDA in Uttar Pradesh
Gurugram, India; June 27, 2026: Amber Group conducted a groundbreaking ceremony today for two advanced manufacturing facilities located at YIEDA near Noida International Airport (Jewar), Uttar Pradesh. The expansion solidifies the group's commitment to large-scale technology-intensive manufacturing in India.The ceremony marked the launch of two major projects: Ascent-K Circuit’s facility dedicated to Advanced HDI PCBs manufacturing, and Amber Group’s Ultra Mega AC manufacturing plant.
The Ascent-K Circuit facility spans 16 acres and is approved under the Electronics Component Manufacturing Scheme (ECMS) by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY). This project brings together the expertise of Ascent Circuits and Korea Circuit Co.
Complementing this, Amber Group is establishing an Ultra Mega AC manufacturing facility across 100 acres. This capacity will boost domestic production and scale in a phased manner for air conditioner manufacturing.
The event was attended by several dignitaries, including Shri Yogi Adityanath, Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh; Shri Ashwini Vaishnaw, Union Minister for Railways, Information & Broadcasting, Electronics & Information Technology; and Shri Bhupender Yadav, Union Minister of Environment, Forest and Climate Change. Cabinet Minister Nand Gopal Gupta, along with various ministers and Members of Parliament (MP), were also present.
Jasbir Singh, Executive Chairman and CEO of Amber Group, stated that this expansion represents a decisive step in the journey to build large-scale technology-intensive manufacturing capabilities. He emphasized that the developments will advance the vision of 'Aatmanirbhar Bharat,' deepen domestic value addition in the highly import-dependent PCB segment, and generate employment opportunities within Uttar Pradesh.
