The eMACH.ai Retail 6DX solution is designed to address the structural and operational difficulties common in developing retail environments. The platform unifies store operations, customer data, transactions, and inventory to optimize these dynamics. According to data from Forrester included in the report, 74% of online adults in metropolitan India find new products or brands through recommendations provided by a retailer or marketplace. Furthermore, the report notes that 68% are less likely to visit a physical store if its in-store inventory is not available online.
Intellect's solution offers operational advantages across key retail teams, including merchandising, finance, and management, by effectively linking disparate systems for business users. The company has already established partnerships with major clients in the retail sector, including Choppies, HomeTown, Kalyan Hypermarket, and Schecrets.
