Amber Enterprises India Ltd. has announced its audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026, marking a significant financial performance for the company. The results highlight robust growth across key business segments, with consolidated revenue surpassing the ₹12,000 Cr milestone for the fiscal year.

According to the financial highlights, the company's performance for FY26 and Q4FY26 showed substantial year-over-year growth.

Addressing the results, Mr. Daljit Singh, Managing Director, stated that FY26 was a "remarkable year" for the company, reflecting strong business resilience despite challenges in the Real Account Cycles (RAC) industry.

He noted that the year's Revenue stood at ₹12,186 Cr, representing a 22% Year-over-Year (YoY) growth. Operating EBITDA reached ₹970 Cr, also showing a 22% YoY increase. Furthermore, the Adjusted PAT for the year was ₹338 Cr, reflecting 22% growth over the previous year’s adjusted PAT, before accounting for an exceptional one-off impairment of investment in Shivalik and share of loss from JV of ₹112 Cr.

Strategic Expansion and Growth Initiatives​

The company continued its strategic expansion, particularly within the Electronics Division. This growth was driven by strategic stake purchases in key technology firms:

  • Shogini Technoarts: A manufacturer of various Printed Circuit Boards (PCB), including single-sided, double-sided, multi-layered, metal clad, and flex PCBs.
  • Power-One: A prominent player specializing in solar inverters, Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems, Electric Vehicle (EV) chargers, and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
  • Unitronics: An Israel-based provider of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and Human-Machine Interface (HMI) solutions for Industrial Automation.

In terms of industrial approvals and land acquisition, Amber Enterprises secured approval under the Electronics Component Manufacturing Scheme (ECMS) for multi-layer PCB application for both Ascent and Shogini Technoarts, and for HDI PCB application for Ascent-K Circuit. Additionally, the company secured land allotment of 100 acres for Amber Enterprises and 16 acres for Ascent-K Circuit towards developing new manufacturing facilities at YEIDA, near Jewar Airport in Uttar Pradesh.

Globally, the company deepened its collaboration through a strategic alliance between ILJIN Electronics and Sumitronics Corporation (Japan). This partnership aims to deliver high-quality, reliable Engineering Manufacturing Services (EMS) solutions for Japanese and global clients in India, leveraging Sumitronics' global sourcing expertise with ILJIN's manufacturing footprint.

Divisional Performance Highlights​

Across its operational segments, the company reported diverse growth figures for FY26:

  • Consumer Durables Division: This division achieved a revenue growth of 14% in FY26 against the previous year, despite a challenging RAC season.
  • Electronics Division: This division continued its upward trajectory, recording a revenue growth of 49% in FY26 against the previous year. This acceleration is attributed to recent acquisitions, including Power-One, Unitronics, and Shogini, which are helping the division balance both volume and value mix.
  • Railway Sub-systems & Defense Division: The division recorded a revenue growth of 19% in FY26. Management expressed confidence in the division's long-term growth, citing a healthy order book visibility exceeding ₹2,600 Cr and an expanding product portfolio.

Overall, the company highlighted that its focused strategic initiatives across all divisions position it well for the next phase of growth.

AMBER Stock Price Movement​

On Friday, shares of Amber Enterprises India Limited edged higher, closing at ₹8476.5 after rallying 2.79%. The stock settled amidst significant activity, trading a total volume of 378,980 shares.
