The IPO was structured as a fresh issue of 1.20 crore equity shares and was priced in the Rs 100-105 per share range, without any offer for sale (OFS) component. This funding will be utilized by Alpine Texworld for significant operational expansion.

Alpine Texworld intends to allocate the raised capital towards strengthening its operations and optimizing its balance sheet. A dedicated sum of Rs 32.08 crore has been earmarked specifically for setting up a new weaving unit at its proposed Manufacturing Unit 3 in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.This targeted investment is designed to substantially boost the company's grey fabric production capacity. Furthermore, a crucial allocation of Rs 52.20 crore will be used to prepay or repay existing borrowings. This repayment initiative aims to significantly improve the company’s financial flexibility and balance sheet strength.

Established in 2016, Alpine Texworld operates within the textile sector, specializing in fabric dyeing and processing services. The company provides a diverse range of textile products catering to various segments like garment manufacturers and traders across the value chain.Currently, the company manages two manufacturing facilities, both equipped with advanced dyeing and finishing technologies. These plants collectively boast an installed processing capacity estimated at 6,000 metric tonnes per annum for cotton and blended fabrics.
Commitment to Sustainable Energy Initiatives
Alpine Texworld is actively strengthening its commitment to sustainability through investments in renewable energy projects. The company commissioned an 820 KW rooftop solar power plant at Unit 1 facility in January 2024.Further demonstrating this commitment, a substantial 5.4 MW ground-mounted solar power project in Banaskantha, Gujarat, was initiated in March 2025. These green initiatives are set to enhance the company's energy efficiency and support its long-term sustainable growth strategy.
