The company reported completing the First and Final Call collection process for 44,32,220 Paid-up Equity Shares. This collection occurred during the designated period spanning Monday, May 25, 2026, to Monday, June 08, 2026. The total amount aggregated from this successful collection stood at Rs 16,62,08,250/- (Rupees Sixteen Crore Sixty Two Lakhs Eight Thousand Two Hundred and Fifty Only). These specific equity shares have been credited under ISIN: INE788D01016.
Building upon this payment success, the company confirmed that trading approval has been secured for these 44,32,220 equity shares. The approval allows for the conversion of the partly paid-up equity shares into fully paid-up status, effective from Monday, June 29, 2026.
Addressing the remaining portion of the share capital, BCC Fuba India Ltd noted that there are still 1,60,795 Partly Paid-up Rights Equity Shares awaiting payment. For these outstanding shares, the First and Final Call Money set at Rs 37.50 per share (including a premium of Rs 32.50/-) remains unpaid, totaling Rs 60,29,812.50 (Rupees Sixty Lakh Twenty Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Twelve and Fifty Paise Only).
In response to the outstanding amount, the Board has approved the issuance of a First and Final Reminder-cum-Forfeiture Notice to the concerned shareholders for payment of the outstanding call money along with applicable interest.
