Saurashtra Cement Limited has initiated a shutdown of its kiln at the cement plant located in Ranavav, Dist.: Porbandar, Gujarat. The company confirmed that this stoppage is necessary for annual maintenance of the kiln structure.The maintenance work commenced on July 21, 2026, and is expected to last almost 24 days.
Despite the kiln shutdown, Saurashtra Cement Limited assured that all cement and clinker dispatches will continue as usual throughout the duration of the maintenance period.
