Allcargo Global Ltd has acquired a 25 percent stake in Allcargo Group Services Private Limited (AGSPL), which was previously known as Allcargo Warehousing Management Private Limited. The acquisition, completed on July 8, 2026, makes AGSPL an associate company of the listed entity.

Allcargo Global Ltd invested in two equity shares of the Target Entity, which were acquired at a value of Rs. 1,76,840/- each on a private placement basis. The total cost incurred for this acquisition was Rs. 3,53,480/-.

The acquisition is intended to streamline operations and facilitate the centralized management of common support functions across the group entities. This investment will allow participating companies to contribute to governance and strategic direction at AGSPL commensurate with their respective shares.

Allcargo Group Services Private Limited operates within the integrated business support services sector. Incorporated on September 1, 2018, the entity is based in India and specializes in Business Support Services. The investment was structured as a cash consideration transaction through banking channels.

AGL Stock Price Movement​

Allcargo Global Limited shares tumbled today as the stock closed at ₹17.04, following a 4.96% slide from previous closing levels. The significant drop saw the equity touch its 52-week low, with 49,444 shares trading on the decline.
