Operational and Product Performance

Revenue growth of 89.5% YoY was primarily driven by the strong traction of the CP PLUS brand, which accounted for approximately 87% of the total revenue in Q1 FY27. The Gross Margin stood at 30.8%, marking a rise of 810 basis points (bps) year-over-year.

The EBITDA increased by 220% YoY, reaching ₹ 207.8 crore. This improvement was attributed to favorable product and brand mix coupled with enhanced operational efficiencies. IP products constituted nearly 79% of the CP PLUS portfolio, highlighting the increasing adoption of higher value intelligent surveillance solutions within the brand's customer base. Furthermore, manufacturing and distribution operations for NEXIVUE became fully operational during the quarter, receiving an encouraging response from market segments including rural and price-sensitive customers.

Strategic Expansion and Capacity Building

Aditya Infotech Limited is significantly advancing its industrial and technological capabilities to meet future growth demands. Current manufacturing capacity stands at 2.5 million units per month.

To scale up production, the company announced several strategic initiatives:

  • Kadapa Facility: The construction of a new Housing & Enclosure Plant in Kadapa is progressing as planned. This facility is expected to become operational by Q3 FY2027 and has an eventual annual production capacity target of 30 million units.
  • Greenfield Developments: Greenfield expansion is underway in Kadapa, supported by the development of a second manufacturing cluster in Greater Noida, where land acquisition is currently in progress.
  • Backward Integration: The company incorporated Corelink Cable Technology Private Limited, a joint venture with Orient Cables, dedicated to manufacturing LAN and CCTV cables. This proposed facility in Rajasthan, spanning roughly 100,000 sq. ft., is slated for commercial operations by Q3 FY27.

The company also continued its commitment to innovation, engaging with Qualcomm to support the development of edge AI enabled solutions. A new corporate office and R&D center were inaugurated in Greater Noida on August 2, 2026, designed to strengthen product development and collaboration.
